Went in for an oil change for my Honda. The two young guys working were very sociable and great to talk to! After preparing for my oil change they had informed me that the bolts to my skid-plate had been stripped by an unrelated shop from a previous oil change. They had offered me available solutions that would allow me to still receive an oil change; although, I respectfully declined, as I didn’t want to make this mistake caused by a different shop to cause them any inconvenience. They both understood my decision and apologized for the inconvenience, even with it being no fault of their own. Very kind and respectful guys that I would definitely trust with the care of my vehicle. Thank you for the great experience!
Hands down better than any Valvoline I've been to. The service at the Rogers Take 5 was exceptional from start to finish. The crew was friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and what they were seeing, without ever being pushy about add-ons. The oil change itself was quick, and the free water while you wait is a nice touch. My only wish is that they could also do transfer case fluid, because I'd happily have them handle that too. Highly recommend this location.
This place is fantastic! I went there with my kiddos shortly after their grand opening, and it was such a great experience that my 4 year old keeps asking if we can go get another oil change 🤣 The service was incredibly fast, and they even gave my kids fruit snacks and juice pouches. They were extremely polite, kind, and friendly, and they're skilled at explaining their services. They don't pressure you to spend extra or buy more than you need - they just clearly explain what your options are, and give transparent advice. With speedy service that felt like a fun adventure to my kids, I will definitely go back!
