Oil Change Reviews in Coon Rapids, MN

I’ve been going to Take 5 for my oil changes since this location opened and always get great service. They explain what they’re doing and offer you a variety of options without being overly pushy like repair/oil change places have a reputation of being. The other thing I consistently observe is the teamwork between employees. There’s always at least 2 people working on your car and it’s nice to see/hear the communication between them. Unless there’s a line I’m usually in and out in about 15 minutes. The only negatives are the price is a little higher than if you go to the dealership and the services offered are limited, but the time saved is well worth it.
Very friendly and professional with great customer service. I shaved a star off because their M-F hours on the google are wrong so I wasted time going up there just to be told they weren't accepting more cars. They close at 7 during the week because of "winter hours". Maybe the website getting updated should've been on somebody's To-do list before the switch actually happens. It would also be nice if the "open" sign was turned off if they're no longer accepting more cars for the night.
Such kind service. They informed me of vehicle suggested matinence but I did not feel pressured to purchase extras. This was a return visit after the great service the visit prior. True 5 star shop!
