The guys who work here are knowledgeable, professional, and Super helpful!! I really appreciated it when they found out I was a Verteran, that took 25% off my total! I got full Synthetic, all fluids checked and 2 new wiper blades for $150! And I have a 2024 Dodge Ram Promaster 3500! Take 5 ROCKS, and the guys that work there are top notch! Do yourself a favor and get your Oil changed there as soon as its due. Wait, Don't go there, this is my secret, so disregard everything I just mentioned.....
Upon arriving the employee came to me at my car to see what I was in need of. He was friendly, offered me a water and got me in right away for my oil change. My son was with and he even offered him a juice box and fruit snacks. My tires were checked, oil was changed, washer fluid was filled. All within 10ish min. I will be making this my full time place since the Valvoline in my area has really done down hill. Great employees, great service, and clean garage. Thank you!! Highly recommend!!!!
Fabulous experience! I pulled in to get an oil change and there was one car ahead of me. Within 10 seconds, Mitch, the manager, was at my window offering me a cold bottle of water and asking what service I was wanting and asking me to sit tight for 10 minutes. As promised, 10 minutes later, a technician got started on my vehicle. I was offered several oil and filter options and he didn’t try to sell me the most expensive ones. The oil change was done super quick, and then Mitch confirmed that the job was done to my satisfaction before sending me on my way. I was so impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and dedication to customer service. I’m totally sold! Will be back 😃
