I came from my 4th visit to take five oil change in Leominster and the tech javi and Jonathan were very informative very nice let me know everything up front before I had my oil changed no problems with it very quick friendly helpful even offered me bottles of water for myself and my passenger that were freshly cold. At a previous visit all problems were taken care of.even let me know of the issue that we had underneath that could be rectified immediately and was not an additional cost. I will continue to use them for my oil change place it was quick I was in and out in 15 minutes flat
Take five has become my new go to quick service oil change place! This will be my third oil change with you guys each and every time I come in trade with such respect everybody so friendly today I’m at Javier super nice. Mikey took care of everything else underneath. He helped guide me in and out. I didn’t bump or scratch anything it was nice. I enjoy the recommended services got a few extra things done. I didn’t know I needed. I’ll keep coming to you guys great customer service each and every time I’ve come in thank you so much.
My experience was excellent. The floor manager and pit guy provided exceptional customer experience. I would have provided 5 stars but my car is now dripping oil from underneath since the oil change. It was not prior. Update 9/26/26. I returned to the shop and promptly looked at the problem. No questions asked. The found there was cut in the oil filter gasket. The promptly fixed with a new filter, checked my oil level, gave me a bottle of water and happily I went on my way. They are now 5 stars in my book!
