Exceptional Service! From the first interaction over the phone with the Assistant Shop Manager Nik’s level of professionalism, knowledge and providing a coupon for service in real- time. His entire staff made the process easy, welcoming with cold water, informative (regarding necessary maintenance) and fast service. Great experience and the best part is that I never had to leave my vehicle. Will definitely be back every 5-6 thousand miles (Lol). Thank You Nik Michael and Meech.
I had a great experience at the Take 5 Oil Change in Bel Air. From the moment we pulled in until the service was finished, the entire team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. They took great care of my car and communicated clearly throughout the service, explaining what they were doing and making sure I understood each step. I also really appreciated the little things, like offering us cold waters while we waited in the car. It was a small gesture, but it made the experience feel very welcoming. We were also able to use a 15% off coupon that we had, which was a nice bonus, and the final price was very reasonable for the service we received. There were no surprises, and I felt like everything was explained clearly before we were finished. Overall, the entire visit was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Great customer service from beginning to end, fair pricing, and I left feeling confident that my car was taken care of properly. I would definitely come back to this location and recommend them to anyone in the Bel Air area!
In less than 20 minutes I got my oil, coolant, engine air and cabin filters changed, all fluids topped off and tires checked. I even had them pour some fuel injector treatment in my gas tank, for good measure. The guys were friendly, courteous, explained each process before they were performed and even greeted me with a bottled water. The top-tier service package is a touch pricey but certainly worth every penny for the speed and convenience. They are my new go-to. Thank you, Take 5 crew! Billy M.- 2016 Cadillac SRX
