The service was great! The technicians are great. Theses guys are the best!!!!! Dock located my air cabin filter, that has never been changed in years and appeared to not have been inside the cabin; BUT, he found it!! Mr. Jeremy got down there and fought to dislodge the stuck air filter from its position. I went yrs with everyone telling me it wasn’t there and I needed to go to the dealership. Of course I forgot to go to the dealership. Mr. Jeremy to the rescue. These Take 5 technicians took GREAT care of servicing my vehicle today. Daniel (forgive me if it’s Brandon) was as always - very professional. Explaining the daily offers, as well as, verifying my contact information in their system. Thank you for reminding me to come in for top off services between oil changes. Every time, I choose to come back to this Walker location.
Me and my son were halfway through a 7 hour trip home when we pulled into a Circle K for fuel and realized there was smoke coming from my engine. Never having this issue before and being 3 hours from home, I understandably was freaking out and ran over to the store asking if there was any way they could help me figure out what was wrong. Not only did they do that, they explained everything to me, spoke with my father and my husband over the phone. They quickly got us back up and running so we could get home. Matt and Troy, thank yall so much for going out of y’all’s way for us and for being so kind. -Brittney 100% would highly recommend!
I very much so enjoyed the customer service from Troy and Doc at this location. Best service I have had here in a while. It does happen to be a bit hot in the area and the fans doesn't seem to be working so they definitely deserve so outside fans in this heat but overall great service from them both.
