Dominique was so very polite, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and what was going on with it. I never would’ve known that my vehicle didn’t have enough coolant if it wasn’t for him checking the fluids for me. I appreciate his thoroughness and kindness. He had a fan blowing directly into my vehicle so the girls and I wouldn’t be hot waiting for the oil change and coolant to be done. He Offered us some cold waters. Your kindness is appreciated Dominique. He also helped me out with a $25 & $10 coupon on my two services. Thank you 😊
Always fast and friendly. Best place on the North Shore! When they opened this store, they must have cherry picked the “A” team from all the other stores around because these are the cream of the crop. Dominique, Reiko, & Justin did a great job and I couldn’t see going anywhere else. With 250K miles on a 6 year old truck, I’m no stranger to oil changes. The prices are right but the attitude, knowledge, and personalities of the staff are what set this place apart!
I had an absolutely great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted right away and even offered a bottle of water, which was such a nice touch. The entire process was quick, smooth, and incredibly professional. Dominique and Wesley went above and beyond with their customer service. They were both so friendly, personable, and genuinely kind. They took the time to check everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with such a welcoming atmosphere, but they absolutely nailed it. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
