I had a great experience with the team at Take 5 Oil Change. From the moment I pulled in, everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing without making me feel pressured into anything I didn’t need. They were quick, knowledgeable, and respectful of my vehicle, and I really appreciated the straightforward service. It’s refreshing to find a team that actually takes pride in their work and treats customers the right way. Big thanks to the whole crew for taking care of my Jeep and making the oil change easy and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, friendly service.
I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to give feedback regarding the AMAZING Customer service that I received today. From the time I pulled up they greeted me with a smile and an ice cold bottle of water (which I loved!!). I cannot rave enough about the customer service and product knowledge that Raven and Briana provided. They went above and beyond. I mean, even making sure the fan was blowing on me while I was getting serviced and couldn’t run my A/C. That was so appreciated because it is so hot outside. They constantly kept me in the loop about what they were doing and what I needed. Constantly asked if I had any questions or needed another cold bottle of water. I mean… Honestly, I could go on and on about the service that I received today. I only mentioned a few things because my post would be too long. THEY WERE AWESOME and provided EXCELLENT SEVICE. I will definitely be back.
I’ve been to multiple take 5 oil changes in different cities and, while I always have a great experience, this was by far the best. They were knowledge, honest, and so much fun. We were greeted with bottles of cold water and quickly guided into a bay. Customer service was 15/10. They are great with vehicles and people. I will be back. They are also fundraising for the New Orleans Children’s Hospital. If you donate $20 for the fundraiser, you can pie someone in the face. Highly recommend. They give back to the community they serve.
