I forgot to get his name, but there’s a guy at Take 5 that took time (without me knowing it) to research how to reset my tire pressure light. Many had tried for over a year, but he took the initiative and got the problem solved! I was so excited and thankful. Now that was above and beyond so imagine how good they are at changing the oil and providing routine maintenance! Always a great experience at Take 5!
Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. He let me know that I had about roughly 3000 miles left before I needed an oil change, but he did make me aware of a coolant issue that I will be back to have service serviced. I believe the Manager‘s name was Percy. He also was very helpful and aware of all of this. I would definitely come back to the take five oil change on Gause East in Slidell.
Took care of an oil leak that a take 5 in Alabama was responsible for. They didn’t have to do this but they did. I showed up at 7:20 bc I work long hours and even though they closed at 8 with 100 degree weather they treated me with upmost respect and dignity. The manager was professional and courteous. The technician Paris was very polite and also very professional. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you guys, y'all saved my truck. They did this free of charge not only that but they also topped everything off. Have never been treated like this ever at any place let alone at an oil change stop. Thank you again guys.
