The customer service was A+! Assistant Manager Brandon did an excellent job informing me of the wait time and assuring me that they would assist me as soon as they completed servicing the truck ahead of me. An employee who had just clocked out even voluntarily greeted me and brought me a bottle of water while his coworkers serviced the truck in front of mine. He introduced himself and explained that, although he had just clocked out, he wanted to greet me on behalf of his coworkers because they were servicing a diesel vehicle. I know this was voluntary because Brandon came immediately afterward to greet me, but I had already been welcomed and given water. I found this to be exceptional customer service and teamwork that went above and beyond. Although the service was a little expensive, especially considering that my vehicle is 20 years old, I attributed the cost to the excellent service I received. The technicians explained each step of the service as they worked. Brandon also recommended services that could improve my vehicle’s performance and provided an in-depth explanation. He did not come across as a salesperson, but rather as someone who was genuinely concerned about the safety of my vehicle. I am one satisfied customer and will return as scheduled.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Take 5 today! This was actually the third place I tried. Before coming here, I pulled into another local shop and sat in the garage area for several minutes. The employees looked directly at me, but no one came over, spoke, or even acknowledged that I was there. I had no idea if I was supposed to park, get out, pull forward, or what. Eventually, I just drove away. I was headed somewhere else when I passed Take 5, and something told me to turn in. The vibe felt good, and I am so glad I trusted that feeling. The moment I pulled in, I was greeted immediately and offered a cold bottle of water. On a hot Louisiana summer day, that alone made an impression! They explained that I could stay comfortably inside my car, and I was able to keep the air conditioner running for most of the service. Jack and Nick were absolutely incredible. I will be honest, I do not know much about cars, but they never made me feel embarrassed or talked down to me. They actually educated me. They showed me where things went, explained what I needed to look for, and helped me understand what my car needed to run at its best. Yes, I spent more than I originally planned, but I left feeling confident that I had taken care of the things my car genuinely needed. By the time I drove away, the warning lights were off, my car was taken care of, and a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. The customer service was truly top tier. I felt welcomed, respected, appreciated, and taken care of from the moment I arrived. Jack and Nick, thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. Do not waste your time looking all over town. Just come here. You will be in and out, you can stay in the comfort of your car, and they genuinely know what they are doing. Go where you are appreciated and celebrated. Take 5 did exactly that for me today!
