I am so happy I just happened to see this Take 5, from this point forward this is my go to place for oil changes. The manager, Kadarius even though he was not feeling well, he was so courteous, helpful and pleasant, he didn’t stop working in the heat, his focus was changing my oil so I could get to the rest of my day. Lynda, the assistant manager, was exactly the same, helpful, courteous, informative and focused on giving me great service so I could get in and out. Thank you both Kadarius and Lynda, I will be recommending you to family and friends.
Changed oil yesterday, my experience was much better, customer service from your employees was excellent. Still no mobile 1 synthetic oil. Just left take 5 oil change in opelousas. I’ve used this place for several years, always great service, even before it changed to take 5. I waited for half an hour today before leaving. There were cars in both sides, however the employees there only worked on one car and ignored the car in the other side as well as the 4 vehicles waiting in line outside. Did you cut back on your employees. Employees are still excellent, you didn’t have any engine air filters this time or last time I was here, I had to buy an air filter from an auto parts store, and surprise you still don’t have the Mobil 1 synthetic oil, you’ve never had it since I’ve owned this vehicle.
My wife and I have visited the oil change recently and we’re pleasantly pleased with the amount of service and attention we received during our stay. The gentleman were courteous and polite and very thorough in inspecting our car. They showed us that are radiator. Fluid was weak, and suggested a flush. I knew this was a fact because i had added water myself earlier in the week. We follow their suggestion to have her radiator, flushed in her fluids renewed. We have never change the fluid in the past, and this fluid was 10 years old and needed to be changed. We really enjoyed our visit to the oil change facility and felt we were well taken care of. My wife was very pleased as I love how well the members of the team work together to accomplish your task. We will visit again.…
