Tyrin was great and very personable. Even though they were busy, he made sure to keep me updated on my status in line and informing me about the things I needed for the maintenance for my car. The lady who did the oil change (I didn't get her name) also had a positive attitude and did a great job. Overall, very friendly and positive attitudes even in this heat and a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!!
The service team at this location are truly assets to the Take 5 family. My service technician was Darrell, he was very patient & professional. He kept me informed of each step of my service. I think the other technician’s name was Tony, he too was very polite & professional. I observed open communication between the team members during my visit, this is amazing as this minimizes/ reduces errors. Although , I’m usually a dealer service person . I 10:/10 highly recommend this location to everyone
Mr.Brandon and Mr. Tony were very helpful!! I was unaware of the top off program and they informed me of it and the benefits I should be receiving after being a returning customer. I live in Metairie, but will be visiting this sight more often because of how they made me feel and saving me some money!!!! May they pillow be ice cold forever!!! Lol
