The service team at this location are truly assets to the Take 5 family. My service technician was Darrell, he was very patient & professional. He kept me informed of each step of my service. I think the other technician’s name was Tony, he too was very polite & professional. I observed open communication between the team members during my visit, this is amazing as this minimizes/ reduces errors. Although , I’m usually a dealer service person . I 10:/10 highly recommend this location to everyone
Tyrin, Clyde, and Giovanni were super nice and helpful! Asked me if I need water several times. Explained oil choices to me and were honestly just so friendly! Really makes a difference these days as you don’t see that too often anymore. The whole experience was so pleasant and everyone was very professional. I will be back for my next oil change! Glad I finally found a place I can trust!
I only go to this location because the men working there are hands down the nicest humans working in this heat. They honestly make my day. Always so kind, upbeat, & get the job done so fast. I absolutely love them. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Take 5. Thank yall for being so damn kind!!
