When I first pulled up, my initial experience was less than good. I was greeted by a young man by the name of TaSwawn who was very rude , sarcastic and started me down When I asked to speak to A manager, he didn’t say he was one of the managers. I did ask, I speak to another manager Which triggered him to stare me down. Fortunately, for me, I was taken care of by another guy by the name of Tyler, who was super professional. Tyler was very knowledgeable, patient and professional! I gave a five star rating because I don’t think this company should be put in a bad life because of one individual. I do think extremely important that he is trained.
I always come to this Take 5 location because the service is consistently great and the team is always professional. I especially want to give a shoutout to Tyler and Tyler for taking great care of me during my visit today. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and made the entire experience easy. Great service and a great team. I’ll definitely continue coming back!
Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough technicians. They went over my truck under the hood with a fine tooth comb and even checked air pressure in tires…cleaned windshield too.Tyler was a great technician and so was the other attendant. Tyler read the whole history on my H2 Hummer and I was very impressed that he knew how to handle all the work that we needed. I will definitely go back there.
