I personally was very irritated because of the supposed discount really didn’t seem to be a discount and I had to use every dollar I had to get my oil changed , so I definitely had an attitude and really did not want to hear anything besides my oil change was complete. I for sure want to shine a light on this place as the man (I forgot his name but he’s a black man maybe 5’7 or 5’8 low cut and possibly gold tee , was very knowledgeable and was trying his best to make my experience better after hearing my frustration. I commend him , just the fact that I was now broke was frustrating me and left me not wanting to hear anything . They were knowledgeable and helped clear any questions that I did ask.

The service tech was extremely professional knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything with transparency and did not try to upscale any product. He also helped remove stripped screws on my license plate cover. Something that he did not have to do but did. And the cost of the oil change and the air filter was less than half of what I would have paid at the dealership. I will be returning there every 3k miles
