When I go to Take Five, I know I will be welcomed in a business-like way. The employees are nice, friendly, and eager to do any necessary work in a manner that shows they KNOW their jobs! And if no work is necessary, they don't push me at all to do it!! They're unique individuals. I wouldn't go anywhere else for oil changing and checking my tires other than TAKE FIVE.
Every time I go the techs are nice and polite. I feel like I know the guys. They always make me feel welcomed and appreciated as a returning customer. Just wish ya’ll had more discounts or even rewards for returning customers. Overall great experience!
Excellent service! Friendly, informative and the best staff I have encountered in all of my visits at this Minden location. They are honest when it comes to upgrades. Could I spend less at Walmart? Yes. However, I don't come home with oil filter wrenches left in my car and the service is quick. I honestly feel like you get what you pay for here. For those that complain about what they want compared to what they do, please realize they also pull up what the manufacturer recommends for your vehicle and they are linked in with Carfax.
