Needed an oil change before I got back on the road to go home, and it was a perfect drive thru set up where me, nor my kids had to get out of the car. Very communicative, very helpful, and very nice men working there, and kept me informed of the process. My family was even offered bottles of water, and one guy was kind enough to throw my trash in the garbage that I passed to him. Prices were affordable, although I found a coupon online anyway lol. But it was fast and efficient.
I stopped one day to have wiper fluid refilled. They came out, refilled the wiper fluid for me and told me there would be no charge. I went back today for an oil change and they were all so kind and helpful. Markeas walked through everything and never tried to upsell anything to me. He was friendly and professional the entire time. Dealing with my car is never my favorite thing to do, but this Take 5 location made it such a pleasant experience. I will be going to this location from here on out!
Jassiel was the technician who serviced my vehicle. He was very efficient & knowledgeable! He informed me of services that required attention at the time, as well as a service that could wait until my next visit. I love this shop! I ALWAYS go to them. Very pleased! Thank you, Jassiel.
