We bring all of our family's cars here for oil changes. Besides being a quick oil change, they are professional and also very helpful. I highly recommend them. Every single employee goes out of their way, and I won’t go anywhere else. I would also like to note that I drive a LOT for work, and typically need an oil change every 2 months. This is the best place to go!
These guys were extremely helpful! I had gotten an oil change elsewhere the day before and they forgot to attach my skid plate. I pulled up to this particular Take 5 and they screwed my skid plate back on correctly as it was dragging on the ground! They didn’t charge me anything and were extremely kind. Very appreciative of the excellent customer service here! It makes me want to drive out of my way from now on to go by them for service. Thanks again guys.
Stopped in for an oil change. Very professional. Jeremy, my technician, was very engaged, transparent, and was more focused on service rather than trying to upsell me on every item. Instead of telling me my windshield wipers were worn out and needed to be replaced, he asked me how they were treating me. Immediately I asked how much was a new pair when I would completely disregard others in the past as I felt I was just trying to be upsold. Especially, since they were already worn out and I knew I needed a new set. However I politely declined due to the pricing with no objections from him which I appreciated bc once I say no, my answer is final and I do not need to be convinced. I presented him with my 25% off coupon and gladly accepted it with no “complications.” He showed me my air filter which was clearly dirty. I understand that is protocol but he went into detail when I asked the risks of not changing and even went out of his way to get me a coupon for $10 off the filter which came out to being pretty cheap. He also let me know that I had parts hanging underneath my car scraping the road from my last oil change which I received terrible service and damage to my vehicle. He went out of his way to remove this for me to ensure I was good to go. If I had the cash on me and if they are allowed to accept tips, I would’ve left him $30 just based off the excellent service I received. This take 5 location is the only place I’ll be going from now on. Thank, Jeremy.
