I had the pleasure of getting an oil change, and Max and Sunny were absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I pulled up, they asked if I needed any water and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire service. I truly felt like I was in great hands. This visit was especially emotional for me because my aunt was the last person in my family to have her car serviced at this location, and she recently passed away. I found myself getting a little emotional when they addressed me by her name. Both Max and Sunny were incredibly compassionate. They repeatedly expressed how sorry they were for my loss and reassured me that they would take great care of me and my vehicle. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern meant more to me than they probably realize. Thank you, Max and Sunny, for not only providing excellent service but also for making me feel cared for during an emotional moment. Your compassion truly made a difference. ❤️
I loved my experience at Take 5. Today I was second in line to be served which didn’t take long as the vehicle ahead of me was finishing up. The guys were very cordial and efficient. However, this is about my third visit there and has been mentioned that my dip stick was broken. It had to be broken there because they are the only ones that have handled it. No one ever mentioned replacing it and I keep forgetting. That’s here nor there but it’s my only negative comment. I never mind the sales pitch for other services but I can’t always afford with a budget like mine. Overall A-. Thanks guys.
Technicians was very helpful, they ask questions if I want to donate , which I am part of, one them change an inside cabin filter , no one has ever done since I have been coming , as an employer it’s very difficult to find quality workers , please treat these guys and compensate them for what they deserve , to keep customers like myself to returning Thanks S. Bernard
