These guys do great work! To be honest, an oil change being done in ten minutes was a bit concerning to me, so thankfully, it takes a tad longer, but faster than most by far. They offered me cold bottled water when I got there and a bottle when I left. Very courteous guys in the shop and I feel confident that the job was done correctly!
This was my first time going to Take 5 to get the oil changed in my car. I was very happy with the service I received. I was offered ice cold water as I waited in line. Then when I was in the work area everyone was nice & very efficient with getting the work done in a timely manner.
Service OK but instead 5 minutes took about 40 mins after another 30 mins making line. Once on the bay I sit about 10 mins to acknowledge me and talk to me, the guys put me on the bay dissapeared for few minutes and left, I got it that their shift end and they're were living but the other guys were chatting and smoking outside the shop, after 10 mins they finally opened my hood and start taking care of business, having my car turned off and on a 90's weather it was not pleasent sitting inside my car without A/C. Very nice touch they werd giving.cold water while on car line, very professionals and good job doing upsell, I end up replacing my wipers front and rear that I was planning.to do anyways but didn't know they do that there too. Replaced my air filters because they showed them to me and very dirty except one that still good and they were honest to say it don't need replacement. Overall good experience and service, can do better if they'll explain of shift change or been busy but will be with us shortly (they came 1 minute earlier before I turned my car on I drive away because I started getting frustated) but in the end everything turned out OK
