I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and welcoming. He came right up to my car with a fresh, cold bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. He serviced my car exceptionally well, explained the best options for my vehicle, and made sure I was well taken care of from beginning to end. His customer service, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. Employees like him are what make a business exceptional. I highly recommend him for a management position because he clearly knows how to treat customers and represent the company well. He deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 👏🏽
Joe, the manager is top notch and goes above and beyond! He gave detailed attention to my oil change and provided suggestions and recommendations with information to back up his recommendations. Not only did he provide great services and was kind, friendly and informative, he then helped me with an issue I had with my vehicle that was completely unrelated to my oil change. He wanted to try and help me resolve it if he could so I didn’t have to go out of my way or spend unnecessary money. He spent a good 30 extra minutes trying to help me! I will continue to go back and see Joe-I trust him and his staff and feel comfortable with him handling my vehicle!
