I would like to share my oil change experience at the Boutte, LA Take5. MR. NATHAN & MR CHRISTIAN were very professional and receptive to me pulling up to the station at 4:55pm, Sunday, Sept.6, 2026. I did not realize that they were closing at 5pm. Even though I saw the cones blocking the entrance, Nathan still approached and greeted me with 2 water bottles. I stated that I could come back tomorrow, and he said no, you're here now, let's get it done!! Wow!! Just wow!! He removed the cones and proceeded to service my vehicle like I was the first oil change of the day😊 While some workers would have stated "we close in 5 minutes" and would rather been mad for a vehicle to stop by as they're closing, Mr. NATHAN and Mr. CHRISTIAN provided excellent customer service with no attitude at all. This type of attention and awareness is what's missing in several establishments. Its really nice to see that excellence, and don't let me forget, friendliness, still exists!! Just like your name, give these guys a raise for representing TAKE 5 IN BOUTTE, LA with exceptional 5 STAR SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huge thank you to Aiden, Matthew M., Thomas H., and Nate for taking such great care of me and my vehicle. Everyone was helpful, efficient, and made the whole process easy. It’s always nice to have a routine oil change turn into such a positive experience. Great customer service all around — I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this team!

I was greeted immediately, the team walked me through everything they were doing, and the oil change was fast without feeling rushed. Nate’s leadership shows — the crew is organized, respectful, and clearly focused on customer care. Highly recommend this location for quick, reliable service.
