I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience here, with my most recent being yesterday 😁. Prior to getting service here, I was very hesitant about it being a "Take 5" as I've heard countless negative comments about this chain over the years, even personally witnessing the results of a close family member's decision to bring her car to another TAKE 5 location in NOLA. However after being referred by 2 DIFFERENT AAA employees as well as an employee at a local Firestone here in NOLA, I decided to give them a try. I've been patronizing this particular location for about 5 years now and am extremely pleased. I just wish customers were still allowed to tip the staff. Maya and Johnell are very polite, knowledgeable and professional!
Janelle At the take five on Belle Chase went above and beyond! That man deserves a raise. He was there all by himself and doing a challenging bit on my car while also working on another car just to make sure everyone was done in a timely manner, he was very nice and fun to talk to you and he got the job done while being all by himself with no problem. I do hope they put in some cooling system for the workers there because for as hot and humid it is here. It’s a shame that there isn’t anything already implemented.
The entire crew is always amazing but even more so today! Wade, Maya, and Johnell made sure my car was covered on fluids, tire pressure, and made sure I knew what things I should stay on top of due to my car hitting 100,000 miles. Everyone was so friendly.
