⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, professional, and efficient. A special thank you to Lucci and Lucas for taking such great care of my car. They were knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service these days. I truly appreciated their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail. Phillip and J did a fantastic job! Gave me a bottle of water while I waited, checked my air filter (said it was good and didn’t need a replacement) checked my coolant and observed that I was three quarts low. Pulled out six quarts (mostly water) and replaced with nine quarts of coolant. Super professional, courteous, and gave me a discount!! Can’t say enough good things about Take 5 on Bluebonnet and Perkins (Baton Rouge). 10/10 will return!
Had a great experience, everyone was very nice and helpful!! My car started stalling at a nearby intersection and Take 5 happened to be the closest place I could pull over. I asked them to take a look just to see if they could tell what was wrong with my car. They found out my car was out of coolant because my radiator was leaking. They refilled my coolant so I could take it somewhere without needing to call a tow truck. They also gave me some cold water and went through every coupon they had to see if they could get me a discount on the coolant. Would go back!
