Mr. Jaymes , The General Manager is a real pleasant , courteous , and professional 0person to do business with at Take 5 . He makes you feel like a guest in his own house . They do such a fantastic job of checking everything and replacing as needed and or making future recommendations that will need to be done on your next visit . I most definitely WOULD NOT 🚫 take my car 🚗 no where else to be serviced BUT at Take 5 on Jackson Street , Alexandria , La. Mr. Jaymes and his crew my hat is off to you all on a job so exceptionally executed every single time . Bryan Sattler 😊
Always a courteous and respectful environment. The attendants explain step by step what they're doing. They check on other needs like your air filters, wiper blades, etc. There's also no pressure to change anything if they suggest it. I've recently moved but still work in this area during the week and I schedule my oil changes accordingly so I can bring my car here. This is STILL my go-to place!
Had a oil change done on my 23 jeep. Was skeptical at first. But they Are legit.. good price too for my vehicle anyways Go see the manager I can’t remember his name. He has glasses. Really nice fellow, he also shops with me @ RnR tire express in Alexandria for his tires and wheels 😘
