This was my first time getting an oil change at take 5! The young men were very polite, professional, friendly and informative the one young man gave me lots of information talked me through everything I love that you stay in your car and you are communicated with especially as being a woman not knowing much! The staff was amazing best customer service I've seen in a while highly recommend 🤩 I will be returning!!♥️🥰
First time in! Easy in-and-out oil change without leaving my car. The crew was very attentive and friendly while I was in line and also in the garage. My air filter hadn’t been replaced in quite some time, so they got that installed during the visit as well. The pricing is based on convenience, so this is a great option if you’re over your oil’s mileage and need a change ASAP.
Wonderful experience! I have always been treated very well and the entire team seems to go out of their way to make it a positive experience. Exceeds my expectations every time!!
