My first time at Take 5, stay in the car (driving into the bay was a little scary, but they led the way) The technicians are always explaining what they are doing. I was impressed that they didn't shame me because my windshield wipers were really bad. Replaced windshield wipers, topped off fluids, changed oil in quick fashion, and cleaned my windshield inside and out. I'm sure I won't go anywhere else for sure. Thank you A & F and Take 5 for a great experience.
Great experience with the female service tech. She made sure everything was done on my vehicle. The other techs missed adding wiper fluid, she caught it. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I don't remember her name but she had 3 lip piercings. Great employee. The guys, not very professional. All were on their phones and one was vaping while working. I will come back again, first time at Take 5. Frank Watson
A lil pricey but everyone was super friendly and transparent about my servicing. The two gentlemen who helped me were quick and thorough. They made sure to review everything with me and give me options. Of course they’re going to try and upsell you, but they won’t pressure you if you decline. 10/10 Waaaay better than any other quick service places I’ve been to in this area. Will be back
