Had a wonderful experience at Take 5. The gentleman was so nice that helped me. Got me right in and with this terrible hot weather he offered me a water. I felt bad for him as he was the one working in this heat! Not sure why garages aren't air conditioned? Was out of there in 10 minutes! Couldn't be more pleased!
These guys in Derby are fantastic. David and Braden are both personable, professional, and reasonable to work with. After a different oil change shop, Jiffy Lube, failed to reinstall my skid plate properly, I had to order a replacement. I stopped by Take 5 in Derby because no other shops could fit me in the same day, and they had no problem installing it for me. The whole job took about ten minutes, and the customer service was outstanding. Great people, great service, and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be returning here for future vehicle maintenance.
These guys are great. They had a technical issue with the credit card reader and they made it work without interrupting or stopping our service. All I had to do is answer a follow up call later in the day. Theyade it easy and quick. Definitely give them a try. You'll be impressed 👍🏼
