These guys in Derby are fantastic. David and Braden are both personable, professional, and reasonable to work with. After a different oil change shop, Jiffy Lube, failed to reinstall my skid plate properly, I had to order a replacement. I stopped by Take 5 in Derby because no other shops could fit me in the same day, and they had no problem installing it for me. The whole job took about ten minutes, and the customer service was outstanding. Great people, great service, and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be returning here for future vehicle maintenance.
Very quick and very curious. The only thing they missed was checking my tire pressure. But when I asked about it they got right on it and apologized. I had a coupon for 25 dollars off and the bill was still 135.00 and all I did is changed the air filter. That will not keep me from going back but I will start changing the filter myself. Overall I like going to Take 5.
I needed to go out of town unexpectedly and needed an oil change before I left. I took a chance on the Derby store and was not disappointed! Chris and Jack greeted me with smiles and a professionalism that I have not seen in a long time. Definitely calmed me down, helped me to make decisions, and made sure my car was safe to go on a long trip. I will be making them my permanent stop for oil changes and service with care and a smile.
