I drove into a very professional and friendly atmosphere. I was greeted with smiles. I was given a generous $10.00 off for my 1st visited. I had chose the economy oil change, but thanks to the young gentleman who was taking my information....I chose the premium.He was honest and explained the better choice, for my vehicle. I will be a returning customer. Once my oil change was done it was very friendly young lady, who gave me an oil change punch card for my next visit. They made sure my oil life light was changed....THANK YOU TAKE 6....FOR A VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE 🙏🏽💙💙💙💙💙💯💯🔥🔥🔥
Today's oil change was a very pleasant experience because of the Take 5 staff members at 5257 SE 14th Street, all very professional yet courteous. Gus got started servicing my car without hesitation, and Zach was so diligent in removing and replacing my very resistant cabin filter compartment door, under the caring guidance of Timothy, who had alerted me to my much-needed cabin air filter change. Though this Take 5 (so far) has been my first choice, mainly because of its location, their quality of service, gives me every reason to keep returning!
We have been to this location multiple times and every time it has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and do a great job at explaining everything, and they aren’t “pushy” when it comes to services or items they think you may need. Today we had Justin and Tim and they did great especially being as they were the only ones working at the time, they went above and beyond at the end helping us when we couldn’t figure out how to get the “oil change needed” message to leave our screen, we appreciated them taking the time to help us even though they were very busy with other customers.We will definitely continue coming to this location and recommend it to our friends/family.
