Tyson Flowers and Castro were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and they made sure all of my questions were answered before they left. Their level of customer service and expertise truly stood out. Employees like Tyson and Castro are a huge asset to the company, and they deserve recognition for the excellent work they do. I was extremely impressed with your employees! It was a million degrees out and I know they had to be miserable and hating their lives but you never would have guessed. As a female I dread oil changes because it can be a vulnerable situation where you have to be on high guard to not get taken advantage of but everything was explained in an educational but not pressuring manner. I got handed a bottle of water pulling in the bay & they were all friendly and conversational and I can sincerely say when I was driving away I was like “damn that’s the best oil change I’ve had in years” Kuddo’s to your team; as someone who works in a corporate setting and knows it’s hard to find good workers I was very impressed with the 2 whom helped me! Today my husband and I went to this location and had a 10/10 experience. Last week we had an oil change in Wi and set off on a road trip over the weekend to Iowa. Everywhere we parked we noticed an oil leak. So we took it in to the Davenport location to have the leak looked at. Chris ( assistant manager) and Nate were so helpful and nice. They took the time to look at our leak and explain what was wrong. They took the extra steps to fix it up so it stopped leaking. Seriously thank you guys! I would highly recommend the Davenport location.
