Ernest, D & Brandon were fantastic! No wait, fast service and such a positive, friendly and professional staff. Ernest offered me a water immediately upon my arrival and explained everything in an easy to understand way as he did it. He even showed me how to update my oil change in my car settings which no other shop has ever done. They checked all my fluids, tire pressure, explained my filters and showed me the difference between the new to old. Absolutely would recommend these 3 guys for their positive attitude and friendly demeanor! They deserve some praise! 👏🏻
D the manager is what keeps me returning to this Take 5. His hands on leadership and interactions give piece of mind to the customer. Also, through the personal interactions, it’s a reminder of what good customer experience is supposed to be. Because of his honesty and direct involvement, I will absolutely continue to trust D and his team with my truck.
You Can tell customer service is their highest priority here at Take 5 on Jersey Ridge Rd in Davenport! They greet you with an ice cold bottle of water, which is always nice! Then they were so quick, but took the time to walk me through the process! I even got a new air filter they gave me a great discount on! I highly recommend their service!!
