Ernest, D & Brandon were fantastic! No wait, fast service and such a positive, friendly and professional staff. Ernest offered me a water immediately upon my arrival and explained everything in an easy to understand way as he did it. He even showed me how to update my oil change in my car settings which no other shop has ever done. They checked all my fluids, tire pressure, explained my filters and showed me the difference between the new to old. Absolutely would recommend these 3 guys for their positive attitude and friendly demeanor! They deserve some praise! 👏🏻
This was my first time getting my oil changed, and Chris made the experience so easy and stress-free. He went out of his way to help me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. He did a fantastic job, was professional, friendly, and took great care of my vehicle. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality service!
Staff were very quick, wasted no time getting me in and out. They confirmed what type oil my car takes. My vehicle has a turbo engine and requires a certain kind. They checked air filter it did not need charges as i do that myself. They tipped off my wiper fluid. All while carrying on a pleasant conversation with me. They did not wavier from the task. At one time one service member was assisting another customer and when he was done he jumped over and assisted my technician. He also verified my oil level once done and let me tell you not all of service stations do this and they should so you can see your not getting ripped off. All in all ac get experience and i will return for my nice schedule change.
