Oil Change in Cedar Rapids, IA at 1305 Blairs Ferry Rd NE.

The most painless oil change ever. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. No appointment. Was greeted right away, given a bottled water, they showed me the filters and suggested one didn't need changed, but one did. They were so polite and respectful. I dread oil changes because it takes hours out of my day. I absolutely love the convenience and no appointment needed. Definitely going back. Edit* The price for oil change went up significantly. It was a shock from my last oil change which was a little around $110 to $140+. It felt a little shady because the way it was presented before my oil change to the total after my oil change. I really hate it when places do that. Unfortunate, because now I am thinking about finding another place to go.

I pulled up and Jeremy came out and explained that they only had 2 technicians so there would be a little wait, possibly up to 45 minutes. I was fine with that. It was 94 degrees out and Jeremy and his coworker Christian were working hard. I watched them with all the cars before me, they were professional and pleasant and continued taking care of the next car as quickly as possible. I was very impressed. They both had great attitudes and fantastic work ethics. Two excellent employees and they should be commended. This was the take 5 in cedar rapids Iowa, Blair's ferry Rd. 10/10 I would highly recommend this location.

Would recommend or tell anyone about this place. They did things for me (my car) that no other place had ever done before or even told me about. Such as, replacing my cabin air filter. Honestly, had no idea that was there or needed to be changed every year. After they change your oil, they show you your dip stick so you can see yourself that your oil is where its supposed to be. I would say they're on the more expensive side compared to other places but like I said they do more for you than other places and their customer service is over the roof!
