My experience with the Take5 oil change center in South Cedar Rapids was amazing! Ryan and Olivia were both extremely nice and helpful! They made me feel like I actually mattered to them. And you don’t get that kind of service anymore. My nephew Jeffrey took me to get my oil changed before he leaves to go back to Oregon because he didn’t want me to get taken advantage of. My nephew is an auto mechanic so Ryan and my nephew explained to me everything that they were doing. And I even learned that my car is equipped with a Cabin Filter that filters the air coming in through my vents when I am using the Air Conditioning and heater. And when Ryan replaced it, I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. I would have never guessed that my car is equipped with this filter. And we were in and out in under 20 minutes. You now have a new customer. Thank You Ryan and Olivia for your service and your kindness! Sincerely Arlene Sark.
On October 4, I drove to Cedar Rapids and noticed what I believed to be an oil leak. Before getting back on the road to travel home to Davenport, I stopped at Take 5 at 2780 Edgewood Rd SW in Cedar Rapids. Jordan listened to my concerns and took the time to check my oil pan and drain plug to make sure everything was okay and that there wasn’t actually a leak. He made sure I was safe to get back on the road and make it home to Davenport. As a woman traveling with my daughter, I truly appreciated his honesty and kindness. He could have easily told me that I needed an oil change or other service, but instead, he took the time to check everything and reassure me that I was good to go. I even offered to pay him for his time, but he kindly declined. I highly recommend this Take 5 location! Jordan provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me when I was concerned about getting home safely. Thank you, Jordan!
First time going there to get my oil changed was about 5 weeks ago I wasn’t gonna legs a review right away because if something happened nothing has happened to my car affordable prices and they showed me how to reset my oil thing in my car I didn’t know how to do that my dad normally does my oil but he was out of town and I was in 4% you just stay in your car and they do the work for you very nice and excellent service for my first time going there would definitely go there again. 10/10
