Keenan is the assistant manager at the west Lafayette Indiana location. He and all his staff were wonderful. He made me aware of filters and windshield whippers needed to be changed. I had him change all of the filters and everything. He said the filters are the life of the engine. I felt he knew what he was talking about and I had confidence in his abilities. Best experience I have had. I usually go to belle tire from now on it will be Keenan and take 7.
I had an issue where I had to take a car back for my family member. I went in and had 3 of the sweetest young men help me out. And make sure that I could safely get onto the road and make recommendations for close mechanics and tire companies.. they truly went above and beyond treated me with respect and kindness and never once judged. Very positive professional demeanors you should be very proud to have them on the team. Rylan, Logan, and Jordan TYSM for helping me on my way!!
Pulled in for an oil change & was informed by the manager according to their records I still had over 1,600 miles before due. He checked my oil which was a quart low. He topped it off & proceeded to check all fluids & even checked our tire pressure. We asked how much we owed & he said no charge, y’all are regular customers. We will always have our vehicle serviced @ Take 5 !!!🤗
