Went there to get my oil changed. Turns out I had more stuff wrong with my car and didn’t realize. Matthew was the one that helped me out. He was very informative on what needed to be done with my car. I have social anxiety and I was already anxious just to get my oil changed. Then I found out there was more stuff wrong with my car and that made me nervous. But Matthew was very patient with me. He explained what my car needed, and let me watch what he was doing. I don’t know much about cars, so I told him to give me the best recommendations on what it would need and he never once tried to give my car a repair it didn’t need. I highly recommend this place! And Matthew is a very professional and informative employee!
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, Christian and Jacob were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They explained everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. The service was fast, efficient, and they made the whole process easy while still paying attention to every detail. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable place to get your oil changed, I highly recommend Take 5. You guys complaining about the wait times should tell you something. Their this busy because they are good at what they do and if you have a problem with that then your right this isn't the place for you. Guys keep it up! Thanks! And hey show what the clean shit looks like don't get any better then this. Marcus and Christian were absolutely awesome! I highly recommend them!. Marcus was very respectful when it was time to change my mileage sticker he asked it reach into my vehicle and when he changed my cabin filter he asked again. They were slam busy and showed so much team work. Thank you guys I will absolutely be back!
