Yesterday I had one issue, even though Marcus was great. I stressed to him that I couldn’t afford new wiper blades and I thought the wiper blades I got were a replacement for the ones I bought 6 months ago that were absolute trash. Upon getting home I realized I was charged $19.99 a piece for new wiper blades. I didn’t have the money to spend on them. I knew when he gave me my total something seemed off. Only place I’ll take my car for an oil change! They’re great and always have me in and out. Sometimes there’s a little wait due to a line, but I’m usually there no longer than 30-40 mins tops! The staff is great! Won’t go anywhere else! Marcus was really great and kind and thorough but i believe there was a miscommunication because i feel scammed out of a set of wiper blades that i specifically said id go to the auto parts store to get.
As a girl, it’s never fun going to car service shops. They love to do work on your car, before asking then they expect you to pay for it. But this visit, I was helped by a guy named J, he asked me if I wanted any of these services done do my car first, plus he gave me a great deal so for my first time since coming here for years, I actually saved money!
Went there to get my oil changed. Turns out I had more stuff wrong with my car and didn’t realize. Matthew was the one that helped me out. He was very informative on what needed to be done with my car. I have social anxiety and I was already anxious just to get my oil changed. Then I found out there was more stuff wrong with my car and that made me nervous. But Matthew was very patient with me. He explained what my car needed, and let me watch what he was doing. I don’t know much about cars, so I told him to give me the best recommendations on what it would need and he never once tried to give my car a repair it didn’t need. I highly recommend this place! And Matthew is a very professional and informative employee!
