I went and got a last-minute oil change the other night about an hour before they closed, I didn’t realize that they had closed earlier than I thought so I feel bad for going in last minute, but the guys that did my oil change and service were so nice and this was the first time I had been to a take five. I know the guy taking my payment and talking to me about the oil services name was Ariel. I’m not sure who the other guy was. Overall, it was an excellent interaction and I’m glad that they were upset that I came in last minute lol I will definitely be back
all the guys were very friendly to me and my son, even though my son was not very nice during our oil change! they gave him fruit snacks and a juice, and myself a water bottle and a little candy:) they were very fast, very helpful and informative about what they did to my car. i used a coupon online and it was a very affordable and fast oil change. i’m not from the area so for my first time at a take 5 i was very pleased!!
Take 5 took great care of us again! Our girls love making the oil change trip with us because of the juice and fruit snacks they give to kiddos. By the time your child finishes the snack, you are paying and on your way. Highly recommend this option for a smooth experience without ever getting out of your vehicle! Shoutout to Bruce and his team at the North Terre Haute location! You all were great!
