The take five up north was closed today due to technical difficulties so I went down to the south location and there was a bit of a weight because of the other store being closed down however, when I did reach my turn to get my oil changed and cabin filter replaced as well as windshield wipers I could’ve not asked for a better team. Elijah and Brian were perfect. They did not give up on opening up my hood either. That lover is currently broken unbeknownst to me until I brought it in today so I apologized greatly. They were able to get the hood up and we were able to get everything done. The only thing that they didn’t get a chance to do was the fuel filter because that was not in stock. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for an oil change and also getting it for a great value.
They were really quick and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them. Edit: been to this location multiple times. This time everybody was extraordinary. Well functioning team of people. Edit: 04/09/25 I love the teamwork at this Take 5. Tiffany and James were quick and well rehearsed. I had my coolant changed as well and Skye did a great job with that Edit: 11/20/25 This Take 5 location continues to do a wonderful and timely job. Still no complaints about their service. Edit: 4/14/26 I'm continually impressed with this location. Devon coordinated the oil change and did a great job up-selling me on the works. Really good job all around. Edit: 9/3/2026 This crew has continued to do an amazing job. The temp outside was high 90s and they plugged away without any visible complaints. Great teamwork at this station.
Brian and Devin provided amazing service, they were super nice and efficient especially considering I could tell they were vastly understaffed (they didn't mention it, I could just tell). I had a longer wait time but I knew what to expect and it was worth it. They also did not pressure me for extra when I said my budget which I really appreciate! I stopped going to another place because they made me feel bad if i couldnt afford more, and they were honesy about the needs of my vehicle. The friendly service is what makes me a repeat customer.
