⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my teenage son’s car to Take 5 for an oil change, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! This well-loved, high-mileage car received the most thorough and attentive service it has probably ever had. The team was incredibly diligent, checking everything carefully and making sure the car was in good shape for an upcoming road trip. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers truly stood out. I’m so grateful for the extra effort and peace of mind they provided. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I feel that they shouldn't have like five to six guys standing 1 vehicle when one can be taken information and putting it in the computer and the other ones could be doing the checks like the tire checks which they didn't do on mine yesterday I was a little upset about that or take the readings under the hood one texting on cell the others where lol and joking while two us was waiting it was a bunch of kids not doing there jobs the right way
All personal was very friendly and chatted with me briefly. I've never been to a oil change place that explained so much about the engine, and I am definitely going back and make this my oil change place! The manager introduced himself and asked me if I had any questions, plus gave me a coupon. Plus when I pulled up an employee greeted me with a bottled water and a Reese's candy. Going to tell everyone to go to Take 5! Definitely a 5 star business!!
