Very pleased w my oil change experience yesterday for a Honda HR-V, full sythetic oil. Tyris was the main attendant helping me, and he was very knowledgeable, personable, polite, and helpful. I think especially as woman, mechanic shops can be awkward or uncomfortable. But Tyris's personality put me at ease, and all the workers seemed to handle business professionally and efficiently. I felt like I could asked questions & although he did offer to replace dirty air filter etc, also seemed honest about relative need/importance and the amount of time the replacement will last. So I didn't feel pressured, felt good about each decision made. I imagine you could find a cheaper oil change elsewhere, but the convenience of the stay-in-your-car drive through plus the complementary tire air, fluid checks etc make it a high value service. Worth the cost - and they have fluids top-off policy. Plus the bottle of water and Reese's cup are a cute and welcomed touch. ☺️
The manager on duty was so helpful and professional all of his team was very mindful of showing every single thing they were doing and explained in detail why I needed certain things for my car to run smoothly I have never used this kind of place to get my oil changes but I will definitely return for my next one and I have already told my family and friends about my experience and that's a great place to go thank you all so much for my positive experience
I was greeted by a smiley technician named Will. Will ushered me through the entire process. The techs that performed the following change were equally friendly! The water and Take 5 candy bar were cute and on time! Im diabetic and hadn't eaten and the temperature was high that dat. So I was able to hydrate and take in a carb to keep my blood sugar in check! Talk about a 'win-win'! All of my questions were answered and 3left feeling like I had do e very well by my vehicle! My parting statement was' I'll DEFINITELY be back so see you in 3,000 miles! I highly recommend MINUTE Oil Change on N. Keystone and Kessler Blvd in Indianapolis Indiana!
