I was greeted by a smiley technician named Will. Will ushered me through the entire process. The techs that performed the following change were equally friendly! The water and Take 5 candy bar were cute and on time! Im diabetic and hadn't eaten and the temperature was high that dat. So I was able to hydrate and take in a carb to keep my blood sugar in check! Talk about a 'win-win'! All of my questions were answered and 3left feeling like I had do e very well by my vehicle! My parting statement was' I'll DEFINITELY be back so see you in 3,000 miles! I highly recommend MINUTE Oil Change on N. Keystone and Kessler Blvd in Indianapolis Indiana!
Excellent work. The staff "attacked my vehicle ". One guy was checking fluids, another was cleaning the windshield. The service was exemplary. Mileage was checked, oil service taken care of, and tire pressure was adjusted. It's never a big deal when I need an oil change. TAKE 5 is always my choice.
Mike changed my oil. Mikel did customer service. I came in close to closing time and they were both helpful, respectful and had good attitudes- especially being so close to closing, they could’ve huffed and puffed or even turned me away. Thanks y’all. I really appreciate the good price and even greater customer service!
