I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. The service was quick, efficient, and convenient, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was throughout the process. It’s always nice to find a place that values your time and makes you feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for fast, reliable service. I’ll definitely be back! 🚗
To be candid, I was quite disappointed with the service I received at another Take 5 location on the opposite side of town. Consequently, I had lost interest in the brand and was considering discontinuing my patronage. However, my experience at this location on 38th Street was exceptional. The young men there provided me with exceptional service and made me feel like family. I would gladly return to this location for any future service needs. Instead of visiting my dealership, I would prefer to utilize this service center.
Very friendly and great service! All of the workers worked together as a team and were very professional and productive with their time. If they weren’t working on a vehicle, then they were checking and ordering stock and cleaning shop floor, taking out trash etc. Each staff member was friendly and said hi or had a smile on their face! Will definitely be back for service again!
