The whole team was stellar. Devonte, the shop manager was training a new employee and the patience and attention to detail he displayed while conversing with me and his employee showed strong leadership and a genuine passion for his business. Based on the comfortable small talk during the service by both the technician and new employee, you can tell they have a strong and productive work culture that translates to top tier customer service. My first visit and it was great. Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. Prices were very reasonable. It was just an overall great experience. I had an appointment at another place but the waiting room was dirty. Didn’t have me in the calendar. Was going to be 45-60 mins. I obviously left and came to you. I will be coming back to you from here on out.
Best oil change experience I've ever had. Devonte (not sure if I spelled that correctly) is awesome. He explained everything super clearly, he's very friendly, and even gives you a cold water and a candy bar while you're waiting. The other workers were great also. The only thing was they didn't have an air filter for my car in stock (it's a 2000 model so understandable) but he said I could buy an air filter and bring it back to them and they'll install it for free, which I plan to do. Also, if you're reading this Devonte, please be careful when you're waving cars into the bay - you were so close to my car in front I was afraid I might run into you while pulling forward! Don't put your safety at the mercy of a customer's foot control. If someone accidentally hits the gas too hard they could seriously hurt you. All in all a great experience, highly recommended. đź‘Ť
