Dee and his staff made my Day! Super friendly! Super efficient! Super clean and super all inclusive. I came in on a holiday weekend on a Sunday and was in and out just like the name says I should be. The staff was friendly well-maintained and worked like a well-oiled machine. I was offered but not pressured to have other services offered. I even found a $25 off coupon online. They aired up my tires and checked my other fluids and made sure that I have safer travel back to Ohio this weekend. I have peace of mind knowing that my vehicle has been well taken care of and maintenanced appropriately. The staff made me comfortable and greeted me with a cold bottle of water. My 12-year-old daughter didn't even complain one time, lol.
Quick and friendly service. All 3 bays were full upon arrival, and I waited just a few minutes before being greeted by Annabelle with a water and a Take 5 candy. Another bay freed up before the lane I was initially directed to pull into, so the other car in queue was directed to back up so I could shift bays and still receive service in order of arrival. Annabelle provided excellent customer service while Shane worked in the pit and Makayla provided assistance. My coupon from the Take 5 website was accepted without issue and I was provided with another discount coupon to apply at my next visit. Great first experience!
This review is for the take 5 on 31 south by Walmart! Shoutout to them, especially the manager Devonte’ or Devon working there, not sure of the spelling! He took care of my Chevy 2500 after having a horrible experience at the Southport and Emerson location when they lied about having my oil filter. The manager made sure my window wipers are up to date and cleaned my window. Changed my oil, and had everything done within 20 minutes. Quick and fast. Manager had a smile the whole time, aired up my tires, gave my kid candy and even an extra juice box on top of water! A way better experience then what you would you get at the Southport and Emerson location. Go here instead!
