Got economy $49 service last time. This time they asked if I wanted the same? I said yes please. They upgraded me to the $75??? Contacted corporate they said that location would contact me. It's been 2 weeks and no response. Returned this week with other car and was asked the same thing. This time I said no I want the economy and that's what I got. Make certain to say which one you want or apparently the upgrade you. They also were not able to fill windshield fluid due to a broken water line. Understand due to cold weather, but they should have went across the street to Walmart and bought some since that is part of the service and you pay for it. Techs were very friendly but took longer that 20 minutes. ThI told them up front not to check tires, air filter, wipers. Just oil change and fill washer fluid and that’s all they did. They must be new since no uniforms maybe? Kennith excellent
Amazing service! Zachary Jacob and Jake were soooo nice and informative and showed me my oil level and air filter (that was still good) explained everything thoroughly and took great care of us. Didn't try to upsell us and put a note on my file that we have the military discount. Gave us a coupon for 25% off next change that we could give to friends or family since I already get 25% off w/ military discount. Also told us we can come back within 3 months to get our fluids (other than brake fluid) topped off and tires filled and windshield cleaned and even oil topped off (up to 3 qts) for FREE. My first time at a take five and I absolutely will be a customer for life. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. Also gave us waters, candy and a juice box and gummies for our kid.
Got stranded in my rental car in desperate need of an oil change and the crew at this shop took me on a moments notice 15 minutes before they closed. All services were performed and they stayed after their shift to make sure I was taken care of and made it home safely that night . Don’t know what I would have done without them. Appreciate this shop and would highly recommend to take your car for service here.
