Ryan is incredible. I cannot say how much I appreciate their customer first approach where they listen and make sound recommendations based off what I need rather than try to upsell me to the most expensive things. When told I was on a super tight budget they did all the checks and recommended what was needed while not for a second getting aggressive or pushy. Rusty especially was someone who will keep me coming back to this location from his customer service alone. I have always used valvoline but can say as long as the customer service is top notch like Rusty has delivered I won’t be leaving Take 5!

Amazing experience!!! Lucas, Jeremy, Ryan, and Josh were incredible today! They went absolutely above and beyond. I was running late and was worried 6:30 would be too late or would make the team frustrated, but to my suprise my experience was just the opposite! They were eager to help and did not miss a beat! They topped everything off, asked the right questions, and even sold me a new filter that I didn’t know I needed. Lucas has great customer service skills, in addition to being personable, he was a leader on the floor. He double checked with his coworkers before proceeding with next steps this reassured me as a first time customer. I was very pleased and will absolutely be back! Thanks Take 5

I don't think I can ever go back to a Jiffy Lube or other oil change place. They were very professional and made sure to list my options. They made the entire experience very pleasant and I could not possibly be happier with the decision to go here! They've taken extreme precautions to keep you safe during your visit but have made sure not to skimp on the service! You won't find a better deal or more professional service around. SEP2024 Update: Cody & Andrew did a great job along with the whole crew & I still have no idea why anyone still goes anywhere else. Thanks for what all you guys do.
