Andrew and Lucas at Take 5 Oil Change did an excellent job! They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service from both of them. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone needing an oil change!
Andrew & Lucas did a fantastic! My air filter still had some life & they didn’t push me to replace it. We had a couple issues with our skid plate screws , so we had to get those removed properly just down the road, as they didn’t want to mess anything up removing them incorrectly. We came back & had our oil changed in no time 🙃 All the employees were polite & friendly! .
Service was excellent and quickly. Filled up my washer fluid and checked the other fluids (brake & coolant). Checked my air filter that recommended replacement. Loved the recommendation of oil package for specifically for my vehicle since mostly I do in town driving. I plan to make future oil change visits in the future. Great job to the crew and management.
