8 AM on a Friday morning I come out to a leaking drain plug. Start panicking as I just did my own oil change so I take it the guys over here at take 5 and they get me in no delays and no charge!! I did supply my own oil but most places still charge for labor !! Ryan and his crew did not charge me as they just did a gasket change and refill on my oil super cool guys I recommend anyone with problems to come here !!!
I only go to the Take 5 on Lima rd in Fort Wayne. They are always friendly and very professional. They don't try and sell me something I don't need. They let me make the decision for replacing air filter and or in cabin filter. I trust them with my vehicle. The best part is I am usually in and out in 15 minutes and usually less. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. I have told many people about them and they have gone. It's a nice bonus to find the coupon on internet for $18.00 off recently.
I got blessed today, I had the pleasure of getting Ryan and the crew as my attendants. When I stopped by they were very friendly, welcoming, personable and knowledgeable as well. And worked hard to get my release valve to come off from being stuck for some reason, but they did not give up and got it off and continued to provide exceptional service through the whole process. I'm glad I stopped in.
