Dynamic Duo! I was in Fort Wayne for work-related purposes and realized I needed an oil change and filter replacement. Evalynn and Rashaun gttprovided excellent service from start to finish. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and worked together extremely well as a team. They made the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free while making sure everything was done correctly. It’s always appreciated when people take pride in their work and provide great customer service. Thank you both for the outstanding experience and great job!
First time oil change on my siblings car and they helped immensely getting the car in better condition. Bought the car used and it looked like the previous owner never changed the filters so it was great getting new ones here. All the associates were wonderful, which was a nice change since I've had quite a few sketchy interactions with the people at the Jefferson Take 5. Might just start bringing my car here instead!
I only go to the Take 5 on Lima rd in Fort Wayne. They are always friendly and very professional. They don't try and sell me something I don't need. They let me make the decision for replacing air filter and or in cabin filter. I trust them with my vehicle. The best part is I am usually in and out in 15 minutes and usually less. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. I have told many people about them and they have gone. It's a nice bonus to find the coupon on internet for $18.00 off recently.
