Great service. Great attention to details. Very friendly. Well spoken, easy to understand what I needed to do. I love they don't yell at you to do things they need you to do like the Jiffy Lube up the road. They have someone talk to you at your window. They explain everything they are going to do and why. They don't sell you something just because. Love how they hand out Reese's Take 5. Bonus: I get a comedy show. The camaraderie between them all is hilarious. They talk to you like a person and not just another customer. I was not able to get the 30% off to come through, but they were able to give me at least the 25% discount.
Great experience! Quick and very friendly service from the manager Neal and Ryan. I was met promptly with a cold bottle of water and a Reese’s take 5. Overheard Neal training, saying to just put my air filter back in and not even suggest replacing it because “it’s not needed and we’re not selling people something they don’t need” which is so appreciated. They topped off all my fluids and cleaned up my windshield. Very happy with my stop and will happily come back next time I’m in town and in need of an oil change.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5! The customer service was amazing. They took their time explaining everything to me, broke down how everything works, and let me know what my car needed without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated that they gave me different options and allowed me to decide what worked best for me. They got my oil changed quickly and made sure I understood everything before I left. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes. Highly recommend! 🙌🏽
