⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5! The customer service was amazing. They took their time explaining everything to me, broke down how everything works, and let me know what my car needed without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated that they gave me different options and allowed me to decide what worked best for me. They got my oil changed quickly and made sure I understood everything before I left. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes. Highly recommend! 🙌🏽
Dylan was great and very knowledgeable. I like how they just suggest and not force you to buy other things for your car. I come here every time for my oil change so I like to spoil their staff with free things. However, today on 9/4, their GM Chris must have been having a tough day and wasn’t particularly nice. I hope his day gets better or I might have to go somewhere else
I pulled up right at the end of their shift. Eric, Zach and Paul were friendly and took care of my car as if I were the first customer of the day. They answered all my questions about the different oils to choose from. I recently lost my tire gauge and they made sure my tires were inflated correctly. Super nice staff, I’m definitely coming back to this location.
