They were very thorough. They explained everything to me. It was a simple process. I got more than I thought I was going to get. Like fluids topped off and air in the tires checked. Everyone was nice. The manger came out to check out everything, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. This is a great place to go. I will be going again before my halfway point to my next oil changed to get everything looked over again. Also! When I pulled up I got a mini Reese’s fast break and a cold water. That was great. Great place to go.
I was on a roadtrip and realized that I needed an oil change. Unfortunately it was really close to closing time but I had to still try. The gentlemen at Take 5 were so kind and did a really great job. It was only the two of them working that day and they were very busy but they got everyone in and out as quick as they could and you could tell that they were working so hard. Those guys deserve a raise for sure! I believe their names were Brian and Justin but I might have gotten that wrong. Sorry, guys. Thank you so much for your great service!! If I lived nearby I would be a regular customer. I will definitely stop for an oil change next time Im passing by and am close to time.
I went to Their competitor next door and they did not stick to there word so I went over to Take 5 friendly from the Beginning. I told them about the competitor and they gave me a better discount plus a candy bar and a water. Great service, great customer service. Shoot I don't have to do it myself anymore thank you guys. Everyone was cc awesome. They topped off my fluids replaced my oil plug 5 stars ain't cc enough for these guys. Felt like I can call em family
