I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Columbia City. The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome. They explained everything clearly and provided fast, courteous service. This was a completely different and much better experience than the service I received at the Coliseum Boulevard location in Fort Wayne. I will definitely return to the Columbia City location and highly recommend it!
Went great, store manager was very friendly and took some time to talk to me, they were training a new guy and seemed every body was enjoying themselves always nice to be in a positive environment and see people enjoy their jobs, asked me what they could do to improve the experience and i can really appreciate that question, great service.
I only go to this location because I always get the best service! Everyone has always been very friendly and informative. They are very quick and efficient while keeping me in the loop about everything they are doing! I really appreciate that the manager helped me look for a coupon to save me money! This will be the only place I will ever take my cars.
