Came in for a coolant exchange and had a really good experience. Everyone was nice, explained what was going on, and I felt like my car was actually being taken care of instead of just rushed through. I also brought in an air filter I already had and they were able to put it in for me at no charge, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t feel pressured into adding a bunch of extra stuff. Definitely appreciated the service and would come back!
First time there for my new car (new to me). Very nice people. Was welcomed with a bottle of ice cold water & capri sun & candy for my son. They checked everything throughly & found a filter my dealership didnt even check & it was the filter for the outside air to come in. I have severe allergies & probably why ive had to take more doses than normal of my allergy meds. And if you know allergies they take e erything out of you. I was so mad that the company i bought my car from bc it was a simple fix just behind the glove box. Dont take my word for it. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Anyway i would recommend & will be going back.
The manager, Steven, and Kyler, and Myles Took such amazing care of us! Everyone was so professional and super efficient! We were in and out of there in no time! I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone! They even gave us cold drinks and snacks to have in our truck while we waited!!! I will definitely be coming back there for every oil change! Thanks again, guys for everything!
