I want to say thank you to the Sunday afternoon team at Take 5 Waukegan. Carlos, his son Carlos and the rest of the guys helped reattach my skid plate after I had an oil change at the Niles Take 5 location Friday. As I was driving Sunday with my daughter in the car, the skid plate was flapping and hitting the pavement. I was up in Lake County, and the Niles tech told me to check out the nearby Waukegan sister shop for assistance. So happy to have been close to the store, and they were more than kind helping me out. I’ve always been treated like family at Take 5 Niles, and Take 5 Waukegan was the same… maybe even better! Carlos Jr. even gave my daughter some fruit snacks and juice boxes. Thank you guys so much! I might travel north now for oil changes.

I had a great experience thanks to Luis and Ryan! Both were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even took off windshield clip I had unknowingly still had installed that would potentially had scratch windshield, made the experience smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was their excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and genuine willingness to help. It’s refreshing to come across individuals who take pride in their work and truly value their customers. I highly recommend Luis and Ryan to anyone looking for outstanding service.
