My service was great. However my oil waa overfilled and I need to take it back to get it drained some. Super inconvenient as the one I went to is 45 min from home. Hoping I can stop at the one nearby work instead to have them drain some out. Update! Went to the Take 5 close to work and they drained some out. The lady in charge, Mya, I believe was EXCELLENT and said VWs can be super touchy with the oil sensor. I was in and out problem solved!
James and Trent changed the oil in my wife's car and did a fantastic job! Not only fast, but with quality and attention to detail as well. Afterwards Trent even took the time to help me install some wipers (they used a specialty clip). Very appreciative of these gentlemen! If you need your oil changed amongst other basic services then look no further! Will absolutely come back here again!
Price is higher than it would be if I did it myself, but the service is amazing. They tell you everything they are doing, as they are doing it, and visually confirm many parts of the process with you. I won't be doing ALL of my oil changes here (again, it's cheaper to do it myself), but I for sure will be back during the months where I don't have the time to do it myself. As someone who has to drive about 600 miles a week for work, it's a good option to have. Thanks Andrew!
