Over the years, I've been to 5 different places in the area for oil changes. This is the best. The staff are excellent: Well trained. Knowledgeable. Coordinated. Efficient. Friendly. They work as a team of 3 and do a thorough job. They got me road ready for a 300 mile trip. They didn't try to sell me something extra, though I already knew I need a rear wiper blade. That all said, I spent a lot more than I thought I would have to: $83 total for the Core tier (the least expensive of the 3 full synthetic options, and since I have a 6 qt engine, an extra $9), and that was with a coupon. But $83 for a full peace of mind going on a long trip was well worth it!
Randomly ran into one of their employees when I was pumping gas and asked him how he liked the place. He said once I checked them out I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I needed an oil change and had planned on setting one up at the dealership for the following week but he said I could go get an oil change now and I’d be done in 10 minutes or so… I hate being stuck at the dealership 3 sometimes 4 hours for an oils change and was dreading it… they had me in and out in 10 minutes and it was only $102 which is similar to the dealership with excellent service, attention, and professionalism. I will be going back there every oil change from now on. My time and a big portion of my day was saved and that means enough to me to be a loyal customer from now on!
Take 5 oil is always my go-to for a quick oil change. They get me in and out in pretty good time and I don't have to leave the comfort of my vehicle. They are very informative and don't try to push unnecessary expenses on me like most places!! I appreciate each of thier employees at the Sterling, IL location! They are all very kind and always have a smile and are very respectful 🙏 Great environment with great service! I alao greatly appreciate the 25% coupon available online as well! It is a tremendous help in these trying financial times. You guys rock!!! Keep up the great work and I will definitely be back for future services!
