10/10 Victor, Clark, and Don helped me out with my oil change. Went to JiffyLube across the street prior to coming here and they quoted me $40 extra dollars than what Take 5 quoted me. Was also told by JiffyLube and another place that my mini cooper was very difficult to work with, said it would take around an hour to do. Take 5 took less than 10 minutes. They were SUPER nice and made it affordable for me. Very caring and will be coming back for all my future oil changes!!! thank you so much guys!! :)
I had such a great experience here, especially thanks to Clark! He went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had during my oil change, and he did it completely as a courtesy. He was incredibly polite, respectful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire interaction. It’s not often that you come across someone who takes the time to make sure a customer feels taken care of, and Clark truly did that. His customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciate the way he treated me and helped me out. Employees like Clark are a huge asset to any business. Thank you, Clark, for going above and beyond and making my experience such a positive one! I would absolutely recommend this place because of the great service I received.
I was an out of towner, when my service light came on for scheduled oil change(@ 15%)-yikes! Came across this gem of a place and Clark and Damion took great care of me in an efficient/timely manner. They brought to my attention for a need to flush/fill the radiator system. This was over the hot Labor Day weekend and wanted to not overheat the system. I was shown the problem and steps to fix it in a way that made sense. Thank you!
