Five stars for the Take 5 on Sterling Avenue in Peoria. I came in early this morning for an oil change and had a great experience. Manager Terry and Ajani were both professional, straightforward, and respectful. They answered my questions, clearly documented the service on the receipt, and made sure I understood what was being used before the work was done. Most importantly, they did not pressure me into unnecessary upgrades or try to oversell me on filters or additional services. They checked what needed to be checked, explained the options honestly, and let me make the decision. The service was efficient, the work was handled properly, and I left feeling like I had been treated fairly. I would gladly return to this location and recommend Terry and Ajani to anyone looking for quick, transparent, and trustworthy car care.
Just got my oil changed and air filter replaced and the gentleman in the shop were great!! Greeted me with a cold bottle of water and a smile. They were super polite, showed me everything they did and were doing and it took like 15 minutes total. With a toddler in the car, that’s a huge win!!
I went for an oil change. I have a new car and did not actually need one yet. The staff was actually honest and instead of taking my money helped me figure out when I would likely need it (old ones used to be 3k miles not any more haha). They were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. The wait was minimal even though there were 4-5 cars there, staff kept the rotation moving along well. Coupons were the best I've seen in a while. Will definitely come back!
