I had an excellent experience here. Ronnie, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything without trying to pressure me into anything I didn’t need. The service was fast and efficient, the price was great, and the customer service really stood out. You can tell Ronnie cares about his customers and takes pride in running the location the right way. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and would highly recommend this location. Ask for Ronnie — he’ll take care of you!
I visited the Palos location and I was completely please with the service I received. I’d like to first thank the shop manager Ronnie for thoroughly explaining what my vehicle actually needed and not just looking to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Secondly the entire crew were very professional and friendly. I will be back for future services.
Very good customer service. Just had first visit. I was very satisfied with my visit. Shop is extremely clean and organized. Manager Ernesto, was friendly and informative and operated with care and integrity with his work. Didn’t just do oil change, but also offered education about my vehicle and future needs. They filled my tires and a couple other fluids complimentary which was nice because my tire pressure lights were on. I’m thankful for my experience and look forward to bringing my vehicle back for another oil change.
