I had a great experience with Darrel and Kavon at Take 5! They were both so friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything to me, gave me plenty of options, and made sure I understood what my car needed. I don’t know much about cars or oil changes, but they made me feel comfortable and confident in the choices I made when purchasing the items my car needed. They even made me laugh and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really enjoyable one. Thank you, Darrem and Kavon, for being so helpful, patient, and kind. You guys are awesome! I’ll definitely be coming back!
I forgot the names of the two gentlemen that served me. (I never use the word gentlemen but this was the first time I had a good experience getting my oil changed so I thought I would crack out the proper words) I've been going to Jiffy Lubes my entire driving life and just had enough) I'm so glad I took my boyfriend's advice and drove further away to come here. They offered us water, washed my windshield, showed me how much they filled up on the meter thing. (Me and several of my girlfriends always feel like we're getting ripped off whenever we get our cars worked on.) The extra transparency just made me feel better. Thank you for the wonderful service.
Highly recommend this place! It was my first time visiting this location, and I’m always a little nervous bringing my car in for service, but Leon made the whole process completely comfortable and stress-free. He was super friendly, took great care of my car, and explained everything clearly. He even went above and beyond by helping me out with a couple of discounts. I'll be coming back!
